DocPass is a proof-of-concept demonstrating how mandatory training evidence could be stored in one place, reviewed through an HR-style verification process, and compared against destination trust requirements. The concept is designed in line with the direction of NHS England’s Statutory and Mandatory Training (StatMand) programme, which aims to reduce duplication and enable greater portability of training across organisations.
